The Car Wash Membership Terms and Conditions

The Car Wash will henceforth be referred to as "we," "us," or "our."

1. Membership Overview

All memberships are monthly automatic recharge subscriptions.

The credit or debit card on file will be charged every month, typically on the enrollment date. However, the charge may occur earlier in shorter months.

2. Membership Rules

• Each monthly membership is valid for one vehicle only and is matched by license plate and/or barcode.
• Promotional offers are valid once per account.
• The membership is an automatic recharge program and will continue until we receive a cancellation notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued for:

• Mid-month cancellations
• Billing cycles with no wash usage

Cancellation requests must be made by phone or online form submission at least three (3) business days prior to your billing date.

4. Membership Termination Rights

• We may terminate your plan at any time if your credit card charge is declined.
• Accounts may also be canceled at any time for abuse or safety concerns, with or without prior notice.

5. Program Flexibility & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program or any membership at any time.

Locations may close due to:

• Inclement weather
• Holidays
• Equipment maintenance
• Upgrades

6. Communication & Contact Consent

By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to being contacted regarding:

• Account management
• Service updates
• Promotional notifications

7. Payment Method Restrictions

Cash and gift cards are accepted for single wash purchases only and are not accepted for automatic recharge membership plans.

8. Activation & Reactivation

Program activation is available only at our locations.

Membership reactivation can be completed:

• At a car wash location, or
• By contacting our Customer Support Team

9. Eligibility Limitations

Memberships are eligible for personal vehicles only. Memberships are not valid for dealership, fleet, business, and/or commercially owned vehicles unless otherwise approved by The Car Wash.

10. Wash Usage Limits

Memberships are limited to one (1) wash per day.

11. Discount Restrictions

This monthly membership cannot be combined with any other single-wash discount programs, promotions, or coupons.
